JamShed sessions are designed to provide a relaxed and informal setting with the emphasis 
on participation, enjoyment and social connection. Adults, 16 years and over, can build confidence and meet new people in a safe, supportive environment.

Already play an instrument? Bring it along and jam with others. Love music, but don’t play?

Come and enjoy the atmosphere, and feel free have a shot of any our instruments and equipment. Participants need not commit to attending every week.
